I can as well cultivate it for You if you don't have the time but i'll collect percentage from the profit made. The minimum land i can lease out to anyone is 5 ACRES while the maximum is 20 ACRES. The estimated expenditure to cultivate 5 acres of CASSAVA is #220,000 (i will do the breakdown later on this thread) and the expected return after ONE YEAR depending on the Market ranges between #350,000 - #800,000. An Acre of land cost #12,000 (LEASE) for a year.

BREAKDOWN

Land lease: ₦12,000 x 5acres = ₦60,000

Ploughing: ₦6000x 5acres =30000

Spraying: (twice) = ₦3000 x 8bottles of insecticide =24,000

Labour: Planting: 5000x5acres =25000
Spraying: 1500x twice per acre= 15000

miscellaneous: ₦30000

Cassava stem: 600 per bundle x 30 for an acre. 30x5acres = 67500

Total = 251,500
Roi 100-150% of money invested on- peak period.

Roi 50-80% off peak period
Duration is 6-8 months
