I want to use this Medium to announce that I am no longer taking in Investors. I already have FOUR and we are Cultivating 100 ACRES together. I believe with God on our side, it will be a Success.
If I have to take in every request on my table, then we will have to Cultivate more than 400 ACRES. I don't want to bite more than I can Chew because it will be difficult to manage such big investment in Raining season( APRIL downward) because we are not WEEDING but rather SPRAYING with HERBICIDE.
The easiest time to manage/cultivate a Cassava farm is October because the maintenance will be minimal due to shortage of Rain.
For this reason, any investor that wish to join the train but couldn't meet up with this opportunity should prepare against OCTOBER.

No investment in Nigeria will give you 350% Return on Investment. even banks only give 9% yearly on fixed deposit while Treasury Bill gives 17% interest.

expected ROI on ANY AMOUNT you invest is minimum of 350% regardless of the number of Acres. meaning if you invest 10,000 on an Acre, at the end of the year, you will get atleast #45,000 back.

lol... how is that a loss when you spent just 102k to cultivate it. and 900k is ambiguous, you have to consider the fact that Cassava doesn't have a fixed price. on a good day, you can make that amount but on a bad day, you can make as less as 400k. it's what I've experienced, that's why I said MINIMUM of 350k. you can't insist to sell your 1 tonne of Cassava for 30,000 when it's just 10,000 on the open market. so I don't promise ambiguous return because there is always a LAWYER AGREEMENT. so, if I sign for 900k return and by the end of 1 year harvest, the market value for Cassava has crashed, where will I get the balance to pay the investor. that's why I quoted between 350k - 500k return which is not Bad and REALISTIC. I'm open to suggestion sir on how to improve my output. thanks

for those that contacted me, I already told them I can satill assist with Cassava stem if its not more than 5 acres but anything above that, they will have to buy it

You can have between 8000 and 9000 heaps on an hectare depending on the distance between d heaps.

The normal spacing is 1m x1m with 10000 dencity of cassava stem on one hectre.
