RepairPal NG is not a person sir. We are an organisation. As we have been experiencing clash of phone calls from clients this feature became necessary. What our call assist feature aims to achieve is to have MULTIPLE EXTENSIONS to attend to clients inquiries. It is for the best interest of clients and not otherwise.
