After heavy rainfall in Lagos this morning, Ubi Franklin house was flooded, the roof came off, POP soaked and it was raining directly into his rooms upstairs and luckily no one was hurt.

Music executive, Ubi Franklin wrote;

At About 5:30am I heard a knock on my door and when I came out it was my PA “sir the house is flooded” everywhere was flooded.
The Roof came off, POP soaked and it was raining directly into one of the guest rooms upstairs and luckily The person sleeping in the room was not hurt.

But most of these house are built by educated engineers with no technical and practical know_how on this construction.
The truth about this is that, if u want an artistic, beautiful, well levelled, well finished house with substandard materials call this so called engineers.
But if u want a strong, well balanced, poor finishing, no artistic house call ur normal skilled construction workers.
But what still baffles me, is why there have been no balance since all this year.
Can't i get a strong, well balanced, artistic, good finishing house? No!
