I paid by the number of blocks supplied at N60/block.
For instance, if I supply 1000blocks that is 1000x60= N60,000

Remember, that there will half-half blocks, they are also counted as one. So, if you supply 1000 blocks, be ready to pay for 1,550 blocks.. That's 1,550 times 60.

For a 900mm(3ft) bedroom door, you will leave a space of 1metre.

I’m meeting with my bricklayer in the morning to negotiate building a 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom combo flat. I expect to better this prices cause I’m in Ibadan. As it is I pay N5K per 100 blocks delivered.
