Good day Segzy. Please Sir I'm at the roofing stage of a two bedroom bungalow. Please can you kindly give me the materials and estimated cost of roofing in a shed design?

I'll share the floor plan and the type of roofing style that I mean.
I'll appreciate your assistance Sir.
I want to see if I can afford to do it now or wait a while. It's a kobo Kobo project.
Pic1 is the shed roof design I want.
Pic2 is my floor plan. The house is about 115m² in total.

b. 3 tonnes of sharpsand@3000= 9,000
c. 1342nos of 9inches blocks@200=268,400
d. Labour. = 70,000
Total. =N418,950

Please my engr. Said I can use 5inches block for 3 bedroom superstructure.
