From an unswerving source in Dubai, it has been reported that Dubai Police have to unlock the devices but to no avail and extended their efforts to Apple who rejected the request based on data protection and customer confidentiality rule.

The devices were deceptively encrypted and Apple has stopped overriding the codes.

About a week ago, real estate developer Hushpuppi who was arrested for allegedly involving in illegal activities. Reports disclosed that he was arrested after he was connected to a fraud on the unemployment insurance scheme of the USA.
