NL, pls i need your assistance and advice! About 4years ago I was introduced to Aims Asset Management with an investment opportunity that yield 30% increment yearly, and that I can opt out at any time I wish but contrary to that I have been denied the previledge to withdraw my investment with them.
I have tried all mean but was told I have to wait till the stock they purchased for me without my consent  is listed on the stock market.
The issue is,
1. there has been no annual 30% profit as prpoted along side refund of capital
2. No statement of account
3. No dividend
4. I was never informed about the stock
5. I did not approve the stock which is against the rule for any broker
6. I am denied withdrawal of my money
Can anyone pls help me with tangible advice on how I can withdrawal my money legally
