A friend of mine checked on Friday and the verification page was blank... though he was able to view his test result...but he has been trying to log in since Sunday and it's showing transaction failed...what are they transacting pls...does it mean that he was not shortlisted

Please what does it mean if your page shows that you are not verified yet, and the test score column is showing take test again instead of your test score?
