Rubbish talk,they will used January to pay October, the October payment was delayed because they want to pay once,but we are still having the same issue like that of September....what kind of useless system is that?

I'm not saying he should be paid or anything but 1.) I am complaining that he hasn't be posted to any place for training and it's as if he had been forgotten and as a result of him not being posted, he's yet to benefit what others are getting ie transport/training allowance
2.) i'm asking if anyother person is in the same category because with that, I will know that it's isn't a one person issue. That the scheme may be working to correct the problem
