[b]When we scrutinize great leaders or the most powerful rich people in this world and question ourselves where the great success comes from, one realizes that their basic relationship from family to friends are very stable.There family structure is intact and one rarely hear scandals from the family, they love and take care of eachother.They know that the secret to success is a good relationship contact . Through good relationships doors of oppurtunities are opened, people who trust eachother tend to offer good jobs to friends of friends than strangers they dont know. Am not saying that one cannot get anywhere without good connection but we should never miss the opportunity of socializing more in events or parties and mantaining good contacts with the new people we have met.

On the otherside if we look at people who live in poverty and constant struggle their relationships to family members and friends are mostly broken, family structures are disorganized, no love, alcohol and drugs are on scene , they dont know how to care for relationships no matter how related or unrelated they are with people. Good stable relationships give us stability just like a root which holds the stem of a tree, when the root is destroyed there will be nothing to grow, let,s watch out our relationships,
