I must warn the FG now to declare a Total Lockdown in all states of the federation or face our wrath.

The cases keep increasing tremendously and FG are keeping quite.

A two months total lockdown will help us defeat this deadly virus.

Our people are dying day by day. Enough is enough.

All churches, mosque all borders should be shutdown.

Let everyone stock their homes and remain indoors.

We will vent our wrath on the FG if a total lockdown till further notice is not declared by tomorrow Sunday.

Enough is enough
Total lock what? Ar u okay or high on something else? When you know fully that we are on our own in this country as there will be no palliative and nothing will come from this useless govt.. This virus has come to stay, they should just open the economy as we are going to be fine last last..

VirusComing:
Last month my friend who was having symptoms of covid19, went to the nearest testing center where they collected his blood sample and contact details. They told him to go home, that they will contact him once his test result is out. He waited for one week, two weeks, they didn't contact him. He had to rely on self medication to treat himself and got better a week plus.

One month later (early June) when he thought everything was over (the corona virus scare), he received a call from NCDC Edo state that he is covid19 positive according to the result of his test. They arranged the time and day they will be coming to pick him up. He was told that if he should flee he would be place on police wanted list.

When they came to pick him up, no matter how many times he told them he no longer has symptoms of covid19 and was already OK, they did not listen him. They bundled him to the isolation center. My friend is currently at the isolation center as I type, despite the fact that he had long recovered from whatever illness he had.
Well at least you know somebody sad

When did the FG open the Rivers borders. Wike inaugurated a border task force who are busy taking bribes and allowing cars pass.

I urge wike to lockdown the state till further notice.

People should stock their homes and remain indoors.
May God bless you. Some people think that they can solve their family problems by blaming federal government for everything.
The case of river state is a case of internal sabotage for money. The Governor did his best though he went too far in some areas but what we are facing in Rivers today is a case of internal sabotage by those that were supposed to prevent movement in and out of the state, it has nothing to do with FG. If one refuses to tell himself the truth about his problems, the solutions will never be found.

Exactly how deadly is Covid-19 in Nigeria compared with other life-threatening diseases & issues in the country?

I wonder if NCDC did an Impact Assessment of Covid-19 disease on an average Nigerian black man before blindly copying Lockdown & other measures (minus Palliatives) adopted by the Oyibo man.

Did they also consider the far-reaching consequences of such Lockdowns on our fragile economy & on the well-being of the ordinary citizens?

Only time will tell.

Meantime...
ncdc declared the lockdown? And are we still on lockdown?

Lagos should be declared a state of emergency. The governor don't care abt Covid-19. The state is wide open and everything is entering and going out. They transported this Covid-19 to all over Nigeria cos of their porous border

Just look at that man called Sanwo Olu...he doesn't look like a governor. A puppet

Should we blame Lagos when the FG opened our borders and airways to Covid-19 when other countries stopped international flights?

Lagos has always been the commercial nerve center and has the busiest airports and most active population in Nigeria, so what do you expect? It's Lagos that'll have the highest cases, unless we are no longer in Nigeria.

Don't blame Sanwo Olu, blame the FG for allowing people with corona to fly in with the useless excuse of self-isolation...

So when are they going to start giving details apart from just numbers sad. Like for instance how is Lagos coping . Are people still being treated at all undecided. What about compliance for treatment? How about the deaths? Just figures alone wont cut it now cos it seems like we're going nowhere. Like did zamfara, adamawa, kano stop testing? Cos they can't say community spread isn't happening.
Re: 661 New COVID-19 Cases Reported, 137 Discharged, 19 Deaths ,June 20 -2523 Tested by Dongreat(m): 12:48am On Jun 21, 2020
Let’s be sincere here NCDC are not truthful about Kano results and Cross River is COVID-19 free? Bullshit. What am I even say, NCDC ain’t truthful about any of the results. Perhaps Lagos might be an exception.

People ain’t presenting theirselves for tests and even if they do we are fully aware that test kits are limited hence we are just deceiving ourselves with the COVID-19 cases in this country.

I can boldly say that the infected are much than the chart shown and with a country of 200+ million, then the real infected cases will be up to a million or two. Reasons why people ain’t dying on the street is because we have been exposed to too many diseases over the years and our bodies have form some kind of antibodies to those disease of which the novel COVID-19 maybe impeded by these numerous antibodies produced overtime.

Well we just have to be careful. Just don’t know when this will completely end.

what partial lockdown? Nigerians have virtually flouted all forms of lockdown and restrictions. The only places still closed are only some institutions and our ports.

....and I say you're a liar. You are one of those deliberately spreading falsehood about this disease on social media.

The sample collected for testing is not blood but nasal swab (which is collected from the throat and nasal cavity. So, your friend was never tested for covid 19.

Stop misinforming people, corona virus is real, covid 19 is real.

Not that I wish anything ill to you or your friend but how do you know for certain that he's recovered. Clinical tests and proper diagnosis is what's required else he becomes a danger to you and his loved ones too. I hope he tests negative this time.

Delta and Rivers have active Governors at least. I'm more worried about Oyo State where the people are mostly 'Ko Ronu' and the Governor gave up the fight long time ago. Come to Ibadan. You will hardly believe covid 19 exist. The people will tell you they like their Governor as he allows them to do whatever they want. No policy, no restrictions. Oyo will be the hardest hit state in Nigeria after Lagos before September.
