At this stage of the Design I have received the brief, *
Abroad client: Architect I want you to design Five bedroom duplex (for a lay man it's called duplex but the technical name for it is MAISONETTE) for my family

Abroad client: two can b on downstairs (ground floor) While the remaining three can b on the upstairs (first floor).....
Architect: I responded, OK sir.....then I continue from there...Entrance Porch, Main Lounge, Dining,Kitchen, Terrace, Staircase,lobbies And the 2rooms ensuite...ground floor.......After seeing the Proposed land sir
Abroad client: Architect exactly, you know what you're doing.

Upon hearing that, my head swell(like normal typical 9ja man).,.. We move.... ..I wasn't proud you know .

Back again Dear Friends

The first floor ....having 3rooms ensuite, mini lounge, staircase, exit staircase, balcony...

The most interesting part of this design for him was, the exit staircase .......the exit staircase was design in such a way that ....its leads from the first floor to the terrace ....easily accessible from the kitchen,backyard and the family existing house.

To cut the long story short, that was how we work hand in hand ascertain quality delivery of this masterpiece
