Are you a Teacher of Office manager? This could be helpful. This will assist you in computing Continuous Assessment given in 100% to 40% while the Exam given in 100% is to be converted to 60%. Addition will give a result of 100%.

Using Microsoft excel to calculate results and make result sheet requires the knowledge of excel arithmetic formulas especially multiplication and addition.

Step 1
1. To convert continuous assessment 100% to 40%, multiply the cell by 0.4 e.g. D2 = B2*0.4
2. To convert examination score of 100% to 60%, multiply the cell by 0.6 e.g. E2 = C2*0.6
3. For total score in 100%, add the CA and the examination cells i.e. F2 = D2 + E2
