Nigeria Is In the Age/era Of Dreams Failing... by Nobody: 8:00am On Jun 24, 2020
Please read with an open mind.. and feel free to agree and disagree.

Life is built up with lines and patterns, as nothing is a coincidence, which is why newton 3rd law states "for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction". just the same way we read up the hierarchy pyramid of maslow on self actualization, so is life... but maslow dwelled majorly on self actualization from a circumspective end alone without breaking in into smaller pyramids.

Life comes with pyramids as uncountable as the stars, as every happening and decisions of our life is the birth or rather the joining of a pyramid of life. Which goes to say every pyramid has a self actualization point. there is no bad luck or ill-luck in life.. there is no failure in life unless you give up or dead. We have seen people become billionaire assassins, millionaire drug lords, CEO's of fortune companies, presidents etc... they were not born to be those things, which is why life grant's everyone equality at birth, no race, no tribe, no religion... just you alone coming into the world.

Nigeria in the Era of dream failure
Why I put this out is because we are in that era of dream failure in huge numbers not just because of our economic peculiarities but because we have failed to allow the balance of life flow..

This generation of Nigerians have been stampeded with education and a notion of "get to school, get a job, work your way up .. which is every parent goal now. it is wrong... but what we should do as parents is to find the path which the child flares better as he/she would excel faster in that pyramid of life rather than end up being mediocre and failing, thereby getting into another pyramid which would take longer or might never get to self actualization because of age, time and strength.

Nigeria is restricted on pyramids of life, it majorly dwells on the basic professions such as we have in universities and colleges "accountant" "doctors" "lawyers" etc... and everyone is tailored towards that end.. it wont be rocket science to say millions of dreams would fail, while millions of those would have to start another pyramid of life thereby majority wasting years tailing a wrong pyramid because everyone cannot reach self actualization being restricted on those ends.

Example:
Paul majored an accountant, but today a mechanic engineer, paul found debits and credits a bit confusing but today paul can strip the engine of a car to just parts and build them up again, something some whom majored in mechanical engineering can't do, paul can diagnose the fault of a car with a mere sound at 2am being woke from sleep. Paul has made a huge living out of it further than he would have gone being an accountant adding up figures.. paul has gotten to self actualization point at a young age.

In essence if paul had continued as an accountant, he might never get to self actualization, he might loose the job at 46, too old to get employed again, joined another pyramid of life "consulting", failed in that at 56, joined with a friend to set up something (another pyramid) which he might have self actualized from but Age, time and strength might hinder him from getting there, so he remain mediocre for the rest of his life.

We should find our right pyramid, follow that zeal, that punch, that head rush...that is your self actualization point.. it amazing these clues are in our everyday lives but we most times ignore them or society belittles them... or maybe society segregates them between blue and white.

There is no failure in life, untill you are dead because you always have the chance to chase a new pyramid be it good or bad and make self actualization from it.

Note: Pyramids of life does not affect the job aspect of life alone, it goes into relationships, every growth and decision in life... which is why we stated it's as uncountable as the stars in the sky.
