Victor Tombari Giadom KSC is a politician of the Ogoni tribe from the Gokana Local Government Area in Rivers State, where he was served as Executive Chairman. The Knight of Saint Christopher served as the Commissioner for Works under Governor Rotimi Amaechi between 2011 and 2015. He also served as the chairman of the governorship campaign team for 2015 election for the Rivers State APC. Giadom first joined the National Working Committee of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in 2017 as Deputy National Secretary.

By 2019, he became the Acting National Secretary of the ruling party as his predecessor received a political appointment. He later resigned the position to become the Deputy Governorship candidate and running mate to APC Tonye Cole for the 2019 Rivers State Gubernatorial election.
