What Do Christian Adherents Have To Say About This by Nobody: 8:31pm On Jun 28, 2020
I was recently conducting my regular research on the history of Christianity and I came about something.
It turns out the story of Jesus Christ:born of a virgin, born on December 25th,died on the cross, etc.,has been in existence thousands of years before Christianity.
The story was told of:Dionysius,Horus,Buddha, etc. So;was the "story" of Jesus Christ piagrised from earlier texts/stories?

The first real organised religion on Earth was done by the Sumerians. The Sumerians worshipped Aliens called the Annunaki. It was the Annunaki called Enki that created man. Read up the Epic of Gilgamesh and you'll see a lot of borrowed stories from which Judaism and ultimately Christianity stole from.

Furthermore, Abram (Abraham) and Sarai (Sarah) were Sumerians. They hail from Ur of the Chaldeans, a Sumerian town. They worshipped Sumerian gods. When Abram left Sumer, he carried his religion along with him. He even gave tithe to a Sumerian high priest Melchizedek.

Lol.

Are you certain that you have indeed read the epic of gilgamesh? undecided
Cause i have and i found none of the similarities you mention there to Christianity. Can you please enlighten me? undecided

Lol.
Actually, Melchizedek is said to have hailed from the land of Canaan, not sumeria. So Abraham's supposed tithe to Him had nothing to do with his , Abraham's, Sumerian gods.

The Bible does not teach or record the particular birth date of Jesus. Some christians celebrate it, some do not celebrate it. It's not a big deal. It's more a big deal for the business people because it's holiday time and a lot of money is made from the fanfare. But when you come to real core of Christianity, it is not a big deal. Even if He was born July 11,it is of little or no significance to what He came to do.

About different religions having similar stories, that's expected. I'm yet to see anything precious without a fake or counterfeit or piracy. Obviously, counterfeit are made to mislead. Jesus coming was prophesied thousands of years before He came. You don't expect the devil the father of liars to sit idly waiting for Him. He made as many ways as possible to put more people at crossroads and doubts. Evidently, it's still working SMH.

You are very correct. All myths of creation from around the world were coined from the accounts of the Anunnaki's. The Bible also borrowed it's roots from it.

Inquisition of our belief is very important so we can better understand the basis of the religions we practise.

So are you saying that in your village, there was no organised way of religion until after the Sumerians made religion?

Who came first, religion or people?
