This was based on the discrepancy in the affidavit he tendered before the court.Most of what Obaseki should have done before then were done when the APC attempted to use it against him in 2020.I hate it when the APC manifests this kind of hypocrisy.

Be rest assured that, if Obaseki wins, the litigation process, will continue.
