That's not enough. It's for the traffic authorities and police to investigate and know if the driver could be charged for manslaughter or reckless driving.

It's not an army affair. Worthless country.

In saner climes, you hardly see soldiers, even former chief of army staff of the US army, General Odierno goes around with only a vehicle despite being a full four star general of the number 1 army on Earth and the heavens.

The Nigerian army isn't even in the first 70 armies on Earth but their convoy surpasses that of the Canadian prime minister, the queen of England, the King of Spain and the prime minister of Australia.

This is wrong on every level.

The army is sorry? They will be involved in the burial rites? Excuse me! Are you ok? You retards just killed a citizen doing his legitimate biz due to your mad dog manic driving and all you're talking about is burial rites and condolences?! In normal climes where human beings are in charge your sorry asses would have being sued to the depths of hell. SMH.
