Virtual? ...that I can't say. But NNPC interview was one-on-one at the NNPC towers Abuja.

A candidate was interviewed by a panel of about 5 to 6 people... which lasted for about 10 to 20 mins.

The interview was based on one's profession + situational questions + safety +...

Each day has a template of questions for respective professions.

The grading was done during the interview and summarized by the 'head panelist'.

The interview ran for about 10days in a stretch....

another committee was set up to carry out final selection taking federal character into consideration. it was not just the panel decision alone
