Some women stop seeing their menstrual period even when they are not pregnant and not in the age of monapause.
It is either they have infection or have homonal unbalance.
The first thing they should do is to do laboratory text to check if it is infection.If the result shows it is not infection,then it is homonal imbalance.
Homonal inbalance in women can be handled naturally.

There are 13 things that are good for female homonal balance:

(1) Eat Enough Protein at Every Meal. Consuming an adequate amount of protein is extremely important.

(2) Engage in Regular Exercise.

(3) Avoid Sugar and Refined food.

(4) Learn to Manage Stress.

(5) Consume Healthy Fats.

(6) Avoid Overeating and Undereating.

(7) Drink Green Tea.
