Take Islam for example, is it because of the death fatwa for Apostasy in Islam that has made former-muslim atheists go into hiding and not be as outspoken as the ones from Christian background? Or are they actually murdered once they have been identified to leave Islam?

You hardly see any atheist thread, documentary or audiobook deconstructing religious material from other religions as much as they do for Christianity.

Worldwide, Christianity accounts for the largest population of former-theists, and I want to know your thoughts on this.
