IGWE OKIJA WELCOMES TWO NEW OBI-News The Igwe Okija, HRM Emeka Okezie, Okaije Okija had on 28 of June , 2020 presented certificate of recognition to two worthy sons of Okija; High Chief Jude Esimoneze and High Chief Philip Onyekwuluje as OBI UBAHU Okija and OBI UMUATUEGWU Okija respectively. The event which was low key took place at the Igwe's palace in Ubahu Okija. Okija, one of the largest towns in Anambra State has 30 villages and 9 Obi Quarters. Each quarter chooses it's Obi and sends to the Igwe to represent their interest.
