Ambode is a good man, but it will take Lagos another 16 years to recover instead of making progress from negligence of Ambode's rule.

Ambode really did Lagos strong thing. Besides that, there were some effective and efficient state agencies that grew weakened during his time. He had some good initiatives like LSETF but he was carried away with building monumental projects than focusing on the basics which became his greatest undoing.

So canals have not been blocking during this Sanwo-Olu regime? What happened in Surulere where garbage was everywhere on a whole street is also Ambodes fault abi? Ambode had very good plans for Lagos. The areas you mentioned would have been attended to if he was given the second term but Tinubu didn't allow it come to pass. It's not like Sanwo-Olu has done anything to improve those areas after 1 year in power.

So, in essence Tinubu's influence over his godsons starts and end with issuance of cheques? Do you even know how these things play out? You expect godfathers to be on payroll? Everywhere we hear of Alpha-beta, Iyalòja etc. Do you know how contracts are awarded (projects that may never be executed) or policies made?
