Retired former comptroller General, Nigeria Customs services, Alhaji Hamman Bello Ahmed, OFR,( Kojoli) said the death of His Royal Majesty (HRM) Late Chief Honest Irmiya Stephens, Paramount ruler of Bachama traditional council of Adamawa State came to him as a rude shock. In a letter of condolences to Hama Bachama Palace, his family and the entire Numan federation Kojoli described late Irmiya a symbol of unity, an icon of peace and his heartfelt sympathy to his family and the ruling council. While consoling the people of Numan Federation and the entire Adamawa state, Ahmed quoted both the Holy Quaran and Holy Bible, saying that the Quaran says "every soul shall taste death" (3:185) while Romans 18:14 of the Bible says " If we live, we lived for the Lord, if we die, we died for the Lord.
