Dalgona coffee is a famous drink made by stirring equal dimensions of sugar, boiling water, and instant coffee until it shifts creamy and then adding it to hot or cold milk. Occasionally, it is topped with cocoa, coffee powder, crumbled, honey or biscuits. It is not probable to make dalgona coffee using ground coffee beans; instant coffee forms the dense and frothy topping and the cause for this has much to do with the drying process of the coffee granule
