My name is Ezekiel Ntesat and I am the CEO of Fanny Care. Fanny care was started based on my discovery of the growing need for vetted, trusted and trained caregivers in Lagos, Nigeria. I have a wealth of experience when I caregave my aged grandmother for several years.

After my secondary school education, I spent 2 extra years with my over 80 years old grandma in the village. She was often sick and each time she’s sick, she soils herself and her room. This was nauseating to say the least but I love my grandma so much that it really doesn’t matter much to me to clean her up even as a boy child. When she was brought to stay with her children in Port Harcourt, I was the only grandchild that did her manicure and haircut till her death 5 year later.

Fanny Care was named after my grandma whose name was Fanny.

My experience with my grandma has shaped my perception of how the aged especially the sick ones need a loving caregiver who sees him or her as an adult baby.

Fanny care services include:

1. Kids Care. We help moms look after their children and see to other domestic chores.
2. Sick Care. We look after your sick, giving you the time to attend to other important things in your life.
3. Elderly Care. Our aged parents still want to continue living independently. We’ll help them do exactly what they want to do.

Elderly care is a growth area in the private sector simply because Nigerian society is changing.

God bless your hustle but your might want to reconsider the name of your business.

'Fanny care' has a weirdly different connotation.

my point exactly, you should consider a name change as your business can easily be quantified as many other not nice businesses

I like the name, but thought it was about beauty though.

You can work a slogan to it. Fanny cares, for the grand, child and you. Something like that

Your suggestion made me check the other meaning of Fanny other than a female given name and its obvious other meanings suggest something vulga.

I will think hard about keeping the name as it's my grandma's name who inspired this business and the impact of the name on the business.

Thanks

Thinking that its about beauty will give us additional traffic. Thanks for your perspective and the slogan suggestion. We'll look into it.

Fanny care sounds like some gigolo escort service thingy....
Or some new feminine product in the market undecided
