Now this is very true. All those ill-gotten slots, if they truly exist, will end up with the same common man. The common man, once he's able to get these crumbs from these politicians, will not only stop complaining about this slot issue, but will go ahead to start seeing himself as more 'privileged' or 'opportuned' than the others who couldn't get a politician to gift them a slot. The religious ones will say it is 'grace'.
Until Nigerians are ready and able to stand up collectively, and demand the right thing be done in every and any procedure and process in this country, no matter whose ox is gored, we cannot make any progress.
