How many countries have been nuked? Only one.

A decorated donkey is still a donkey. A ruin is a ruin no matter how you look at it. Most German cities were in rubble after the war. Other European cities were not exempt from this tragedy. Yet, they were all rebuilt. Many, 2 decades after the war, there were barely signs of any war.

It is good economic policies that make economies great and not simply resilient.

calm down Bro, nukes have been tested in Kazakhstan by the Soviets, and those areas never rised again, apart from Hiroshima and Nagasaki other Japanese cities like Kobe, Yokohama, Nagoya and Tokyo were heavily bombed during WWII, that of Tokyo was so destructive that no one believe it could ever become a powerful city, Japanese economy may be facing ups and down but its still remains among the best 10 economy in the world, to fixed destruction caused by war you need a good and stable economy and the Japanese has been able to prove that, they didn't just end there they also came up with an impressive advance technologies that still remains highly commendable, Japan is a small country in size buts its a country which has to be treated with full respect.

This is bullshit. Nobody should lose or benefit from this global tragedy. The tragic experience clearly shows the things that are really important and essential in life and that should be the determinant factors for what a buoyant economy should be like. Not forecasted and projected GDPs that doesn't really make any difference in everyday people's lives.
OMGosh! You are right!
