The federal high court Abuja presided over by Justice Okon Abang has granted the bail application filed by Dr Obinna Uzo who is standing trial for alleged falsification of court documents and processes which he used to forge court documents that purportedly sacked senator Dr Ifeanyi Ubah of YPP.

At the resumed hearing today, Justice Abang delivered ruling on Dr Uzo’s bail application. Ruling on his bail application, the court ordered Obinna Uzo to surrender his international passport and provide a surety in the sum of 3 million naira with landed property in Abuja.

The court also ordered Obinna Uzo not to travel out of Abuja until his trial ends. He is to remain in custody until he meets all his bail conditions.
