BREAKING: Presidency Suspends Acting EFCC Chairman, Magu

Acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Ibrahim Magu, has been suspended by the Presidency.

Magu was arrested on Monday by a combined team of Department of State Services personnel and policemen at the Wuse II office of the EFCC to face an interagency committee investigating corruption allegations against him.

He was detained at the FCID in Area 10, Abuja, on Monday night on the orders of the committee that also questioned him on Tuesday morning.

A source in the Presidency confirmed to SaharaReporters that Magu has now been suspended pending when a decision will be taken on him.

Politicians all over the world are very corrupt ppl... they within themselves know no one is clean in their circle, so what they do is to hold you up and threaten you on the bad deals the public does not know about and once you step out of line, they now expose you. Magu was doing a job his ogas never send him so they are now dealing with him. Na "over sabi" Dem call am therefore his ogas wey suppose protect him no come get any other choice then to step back and watch him being used as a scapegoat.

Some politicians are very smart btw....ppl like Tinubu, Trump, Bolsonaro etc, despite their very glaring shady deals are still untouchable (though for some time sha) which is why you will be amazed that a lot of ppl still support them.

So ppl that are rejoicing thinking solution to naija is coming gradually should calm down and realize that for Magu, it's a full circle but for the game of politics, it's a circle with no END.
