I intend to start a distill water production business with 90% equipment (distiller machine) already acquired. Target locations are Ibadan and Lagos. Target customers are hospitals, laboratories and flooded batteries (renewable energy) sector and more. My strength in the business as an engineer is I can install and maintain the equipment comfortably and my weakness lies with sales/marketing. I sincerely seek opinion from anyone in the house with vast experience in that business. What could be the likely drawbacks and opportunities in the business. Candid advice please.
