Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq of Kwara State mourned his Chief of staff Alh. Animu Logun, who passed away on Tuseday evening.

Governor Abdulrazaq announced the passing way of his Chief of staff on his verified twitter handle on Tuesday evening.

According to the Governor Alh. Aminu, died of health complications caused by corona virus.

He wrote: "With total submission to the will of Allah, I announce the passing of my Chief of Staff, Aminu Logun (mni). We lost him this evening to complications from COVID-19."

He described the deceased as an industrialist, a public intellectual, and an elder statesman who diligently served the state.

The governor commiserate with his family and the entire Ilorin Emirate, and pray that Almighty Allah grant him Al-Jannah Firdaus and give the family the fortitude to bear the huge loss.
