All of these above elements are very much needed To achieve Success in whatever you Try To Achieve.

However; You must be able to Align each of these elements into a workable Scale of Preference.

Priority has to be given to each element in order to navigate your way easily and effortlessly into Success.


Which of these Elements matter most ? Which of them should be highly prioritised?

I would reckon "Direction" has to be the foremost quality of success. We must know where we're headed before we can get there. Next I suppose would be the "Dream-goal", for this is picture of the future you've drawn unto paper.

At the bottom of the totem pole has to be "Desperateness", for it implies a state of hurried expectation and delibration.

So in my arrangement,

1. Direction; man gats know where e dey go b4 him fit reach there.
2. Dream-goal; this is blueprint layout. Every construction starts with this. A well-laid out scheme of how things would go.
3. Drive; This is the needed passion. It is the fuel of the vehicle of success. Without the drive, the mission would be powerless.
4. Discipline; This is usually the invisible bring between success and wishful thinking. You must be a faithful Disciple of whatever life's mission you chosen for yourself. Or should I say "that has chosen you". We are indeed called to a vocation and occupation.
5. Dedication; for this is the twin sister of discipline. A disciplined soul is dedicated. To dedicate means to "allocate". We must dedicate our time, talents and very soul to our grand vision of life.
6. Determination; This is the examination of the one's quest. And even though we deter from our path, we must possess enough determination to stay on course.
7. Doings; no action, no success. We must enact our plans in the physical realm as we had thought them out in the mental realm of imagination. We must take action to succeed. Without action, we would never get lucky. No one ever succeeded without action. Hence, it is at the lucky number 7 spot.
8. Deliberation; we must act and then deliberate on the next course of action according to the results of earlier acts. This is the process of growth. Without this review, we would never grow.
9. Development; This is as a result of growth accrued from our actions and deliberations about our actions.
