Lagos House of Assembly has suspended all activities at the Assembly complex for one week. The House revealed this in a statement signed by the Clerk, Azeez Sani on Friday evening. According to the statement, committee meetings, assignments, and visits to the complex will be suspended from Monday, July 13 till Sunday, July 19. This suspension comes after the death of Hon. Tunde Braimoh, a prominent member of the house representing Kosofe Constituency 11. Hon. Braimoh, who died on Friday, July 10, 2020, was the Chairman, House Committee on Security, Information, and Strategies. However, the Assembly did not give any reason for the suspension of activities in its statement. The Assembly is expected to resume on Monday, July 20. Read more news on https://www.newsbreakers.ng/
