What you forgot or don't even know is that youou can upgrade where you rented. Maybe it's a German floor that is cemented which require you to lay carpet or rug, you can decided to put tiles with the agreement with the tenant and the landlord. Is not as if she said she supervised the construction of the of the building (from the foundation to the roofing ) which I'm very sure Kiki will upload pictures of herself in the site where she's supervising foundation, blockworks, structural work up to roofing if truly she's the owner of the house as you have claimed.
