After two weeks of waiting, Felix eventually gets a mail notifying him of the arrival of kitchen supplies to Offshore Platforms. They were already operating at low stock level. Immediately, he dispatches the Team of Receivers, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Officers and Security Operatives to inspect the items and receive them into storage. Barely thirty minutes after, while in the office finalizing documentation of supplies distribution to various Offshore Platforms according to requisition, he gets a call requiring him to be at the Receiving Bay immediately. On getting there, his spirit sank. All the frozen supplies were bad. The Cold Room in which they were stored during transit shutdown and the Dispatchers that travelled with it did not effectively execute required hourly checks.
