It all depends on the computation approach adopted by your school ( Please consult your students' handbook if you have any)

Most schools adopt the truncation method, meaning the any digit after the first two decimal place is insignificant and would not be rounded off.

There are special cases like 2.499, 3.499 and 4.499. If it is spotted early in the department by the examination officer, could be raised at the departmental board meeting. Perhaps an upgrade to one course could effect the needed result. That is if there is a general consensus.

However, nothing can change the results once it gets to the records unit without any input from the department.

Once you have graduated, it is a closed case.
