Hello,

I a Python Developer, I want to get a new laptop, mostly I do program on linux. I've read this guide (Best Linux Laptop for Programming), but I am confused in buying the best one. I decided to go for Lenovo X1 Carbon.

What do you think? Is it suitable for programming, what about its keyboard.

There's no best laptop for programming. You can literally buy a RPI 4 or a cheap old thinkpad and just run linux + docker. It's all you really need.

Just worry about the portfolio you're building & skills you're learning.

Any 4gb ram (I can use a 2gb ram self) laptop is good enough for programming and just a good old Intel core i3 i5 or dual core processor can do the work. The C programming language and UNIX (linux OS father) was written on a PDP-12 mainframe that had less than 10mb ram(or even kb I think) with a really slow processor. So bro get a laptop that is good enough for your money, the one you want to buy is good enough and one that is also good enough for you.
