if your protest is based on disengagement then everyone who participated in the protest should be noted for future reference because when you applied for the programme it was clearly stated that you will spend a particular period of time at least let others benefit from this scheme for God's sake 10 Likes |

Its their right to demand for their future. This is the only time they can ever get any thing positive from the government. Ntax volunteers were absorbed into the NIS parastatal, why not other volunteers. Do you know the health and education sector is lacking adequate manpower, as that ministry is lacking. Truth be told, if the originator and visoneer of this program was still in charge this program would have impacted more positively. Imagine sending 500k graduates back to the street. 1 Like |

bottlewater1: You all need to get some facts right, before typing. After the 2 years, volunteers were ready to be disengaged and get other things doing, but because of the government's selfishness of holding power, they kept them so they can vote for buhari's second term and they promised to permanent them, if they vote for buhari's 2nd term. Click the link below this post and watch the video, to see what Afolabi said. He specifically said; if they(npower beneficiaries) vote for buhari's second term, then their quest permanency can be possible. They depended on that promise and relaxed. They used and wasted the time of these volunteers and now they want to dump them. You should put yourself in their shoes and stop being selfish. Link to video: https://vimeo.com/438457104 1 Like |

selfish disengaged mofos. U want to protest when 50% of you were dormant ghosts sitting out idly-by and pocketing 30k for free without adding any value using the tasks given to you. Ya'all better stop this shameless and baseless pity parades and move on ! |
Re: NPower Volunteers To Embark On Peaceful Nationwide Protest. by Jayb20(m): 10:05am On Jul 15, 2020 |
MadeINchenzen2: Same set of ghost volunteers are busy online insulting politicians of been self centered. Any where these set of lazy youth engage n protest should be counter with protest by prospective volunteers |
Re: NPower Volunteers To Embark On Peaceful Nationwide Protest. by Nobody: 10:10am On Jul 15, 2020 |
MadeINchenzen2: If you have a brother/sister or a friend who has been collecting the 30k monthly stipend since he/she got engaged in npower and has never been to his PPA, or doesn't go regularly, please reveal his identity. I know where to channel it to. Npower pays for work done. Those in Nteach, Nhealth and Nagro are being supervised weekly/monthly by npower reps from Abuja. This is why a lot of people's payment were stopped. Some resigned and some suspended. 50% can NEVER be ghost/dormant. These beneficiaries were promised permanency if they vote for buhari's 2nd term. Check the video below: https://vimeo.com/438457104 Kindly talk about what you are sure of. 1 Like |

OcVoice:to be honest You are just wasting ur time explaining to lots here who doesnt understand what this program stood 4... most of em are just so pained and unnecessaily bereaved of any human reasoning thinking all npower beneficiaries are ghost workers.... i can confirm to u that most of the principals in the school where this beneficiaries worked are all hoping they don't get disengaged... but some people will just display their shallow thinking on forum like this thinking berating the beneficiaries is the best way to go for not benefiting too..... instead of facing the government. |
Re: NPower Volunteers To Embark On Peaceful Nationwide Protest. by Nobody: 10:53am On Jul 15, 2020 |
AutosBay: It is not well! It can not be well with a "deceitful", "use and dump" government in power! There would never have been FMHDSD or even a ministerial position for Sadiya Umar Farouq if not for batch A and B npower beneficiaries. It was because we voted en masse for buhari's 2nd term, that made PMB to form a ministry....inother to sustain the programme. We campaigned and voted just because Afolabi promised permanency. Now, they removed Osinbajo, removed Afolabi, formed a ministry and employed hausas to manage the ministry. Even the house members that used to tackle her has stopped because she promised them slots.....the same thing they(reps) wanted to do to keyamo. |
Re: NPower Volunteers To Embark On Peaceful Nationwide Protest. by Nobody: 11:01am On Jul 15, 2020 |
Israeljones: No sir. I am not wasting my time. You need to continue to explain to them, till they succumb. An adage in Igbo says: "That the man that talks too much continued talking till his people remained a bit for him, while the one that kept quiet, none of his people remained" We need to continue talking. We will protest peacefully. We will expose the rot in the system. Enough is Enough!!! |
