Been working out more since the lockdown started. Today I noticed an abnormal muscle growth on my left side just below my chest. it wasn't there yesterday. And the area is all sore. My friend's telling me to watch it for some time and steer clear of gyming. That it'll go down. But I'm not sure what to do? |
