HELP: How Do I Correct Online Flutterwave Payment Error by izzyboi(m): 7:22pm On Jul 15, 2020
I was trying to buy domain name and hosting service and after payment on flutterwave, it showed a successful notification

Then the gateway started redirecting and at that moment there was a network interruption

After I reloaded, the payment didn't reflect in the registrar but I have been debited

Please what do I do?

Log an error ticket with the merchant showing evidence of payment, if the payment was succesful at then end, they will approve the order manually or provide you flutterwave mailing address for you to mail them directly, if the payment failed, you will visit your bank and fill their nonsense form.
