A lot of people get to a point where making some choices seems to be hard, lets say you have been in a serious relationship with someone and you share so much intimacy but along the line some thing happened and you guys broke up. you tries to salvage the relationship all to no avail, then after sometime (like 2yrs later) he/she invited you for his/her wedding.
