Dr BM Rufai, Osun based Orthopedic doctor who dedicated nearly 40 years to saving others has died after a brief illness on Sunday in Ile- Ife at the age of 66 (Not Covid related).

The doctor had been Departmental Head of Accident and Emergency at the OAU Teaching Hospital for 29 years and worked with many other medical professionals through his private clinic Titilope Medical Center in Ile- Ife.

As emotional tributes continue to pour in for Dr. BM Rufai, especially from beneficiaries of his goodwill and former colleagues, the family reports that days prior to his painful exit, Dr. BM reportedly showed signs of intense discomfort and was on medication to alleviate it, before eventually succumbing to the ailment.

A most bodacious Leader, Mentor, Friend, Benefactor and Spiritual Father, BM will be missed mostly for his zeal and enthusiasm towards humanity.
