Have you ever been so afraid of failing an exam like CITN just because
you have failed before,so you decided not to try it at all?
Many of us have probably experienced this at one time or another.
The fear of failing can cause us to do nothing and therefore
resist moving forward in our career. But when we allow fear to stop our
forward progress in life, we're likely to miss some great opportunities along the way.

A student asked me what to do after failing CITN exams twice,
I asked him about is mode of preparations in the past exams.
He explained that he was always very busy at work and
also works on weekends , so he had no time to prepare
extensively for CITN exams. And he explained that he always
feel “paralyzed” by his fear of failing whenever he was in the exam hall.

Digging deeper, I discovered that he was always blaming himself for
his failure and was not doing anything new to change the situation.

If you find yourself in this situation too and you have already
made up your mind not to write this diet CITN exams,
you can do the following if you really want to pass this diet;

Start by picking a past failure and writing out three things you learned from it.
For example, ask yourself;
1. How did I prepare for Last diet CITN exams?.........
If you prepare late, then start early preparation now.

2. What did you do wrong last that you need to correct now?......

3. Ask yourself “Have I made any changes to prevent failures like this from happening in the future?”……. If no, go back to step 1 and 2.
