sir, you are right but I will still not take away Blame from the judiciary, you see a nation that wants to move forward must have a sound proof Judicial system deviod of corruption, reason it is called the last resort or hope of the common man, we need to work on our judicial system to be independent of the executive and legislature if we must move forward.

God bless Nigeria and God bless the judiciary for this development.

A good judiciary will insist on the prosecution bringing sufficient evidence. If you are supporting kangaroo justice today, you may suffer from it tomorrow. So Saraki alone is corrupt? Jail them all, or leave them all.

A judge doesn't rule on hear say, there must be evidence for this to happen
The problem we have in this country is that we dont follow the rules, see huspuppi's arrest investigations had been concluded before they went for him but in Nigeria efcc will arrest and then start running helter skelter to look for evidence to nail you down. The law doesn't work like that, that's why EFFC will continue to loose cases unless they change approach.

u may be right also sir, but 90% of the fault is from efcc. Remember it is evidences that u put to justices table, that they will work on. And remember, we also have lawyers to defend it. So if efcc and their lawyers present tangible evidences, why won't there be good judgment.

Stop blaming the judiciary, technicalities are also a part of the law and even buhari orji uzor Kalu and tinubu has benefited from it.
In sarakis case the Efcc could not prove that the house was acquired with looted funds, the only assumed.

Firstly, tell me how Tinubu benefited from the loopholes in the Law.

The Lebanese, Indians, Chinese and Europeans in Nigeria know Nigeria Judiciary as a mockery of the judicial system. They also know about the Law Enforcement Agencies.

Yesterday with an American businessman, he was boasting about his ability to get things done in Nigeria because he understands how the judicial and Law enforcement work here. He said to do big business here or to contest an election, you must have special budget for Judicial and police system advantage. He earlier told us on Monday that Magu would be released on bail and he would fight back.

Early in 2015, the North was bittered that over $100 billion was stolen by the previous government, now it has been balanced. There is no need holding Tompolo or Saraki or anybody hostage for corruption again.

Over $100 billion stolen under GEJ. The nomination of Ngozi Okonjo Iweala by the present government for an international position shows the present government with all the projects diverted to North and palliative/covid-19/school feeding during lockdown deals are now satisfied having looted enough to recover wasted years of looting to GEJ people. No need again to hold people or properties hostage for corruption again.

Magu was used to fight political opponents. He has now outlived his usefulness and he has been dumped.

Any professional who swings to the whims and caprices of politicians will regret his end and out of service life..

I feel like giving up on this naija.

All they do is media trial.. Somebody who is envy will just write to them. They go without investigating.. End up losing cases over and over

I now asked him, whether big politician dey around here.. he say that house is for Saraki.. I even had to walk to see the building, I noticed a big ABS statue in the compound that looked like Saraki..

Trouble in the house of Horror. They tried to pull Baba Oloye down but like an Amazon he stood firm. Now that they thought they moved him out of the way yet there is no peace for them, squabble today, grouse next day and suffering for the masses always.

Nigerians now know better that this is a terrible government and Baba Oloye is not as corrupt as Magu and his ilks and that he is far from being the cause of our societal problems and predicament.

Who is standing firm. That one that has totally lost political relevance
