As a Barca Fan I can just say that the problem with d team is simple but d board is clueless and hell bent on destroying the club.

If A coach like Gasperini of Atlanta,Ten Haag of Ajax or even out of job Pochetino can be appointed first.

Then the few young players from Atlanta or Ajax that knows good attacking tactics
could be added to replace most all the old players in Barca except Pique, Busquets and Messi because of the Legacy to add experience to the squad but they will have to take the bench roles often except for Messi who will be deployed just at d right hand side of d attack and backed up with Quality midfield masters like KdB,Bruno or even Ozil alongside the already promoted wizard Riqui Puig in d midfield. To less the creative Load on Messi.

Barca need a quality Striker urgently,, Suarez needs to be released,Barca also need a Neymar, Sterling, Hazard,Mbappe or any other established right foot fast woldclass winger to torment opposition's from d left.

Barca needs a fast Center defender to partner Umtiti or Araujo,Pique benched alongside Lenglet...A quick backup or replacement for Alba will also make sense,,if they can get Alphonso Davies,Alaba, Guerrero or a certain Robertson or Bernat it will make sense .

We are cool with Semedo,De Jong,ansu Fati,Puig and Ter stegen to continue alongside Messi but the rest sent off and replaced accordingly won't be a bad idea.

It looks impossible to get those players I mentioned to d team but a good scout can discover d talented gems of such qualities from d academy,in d streets or elsewhere.

So believe me that Barca lacks the managerial characters like Zidane,Pep,Posh,Ten haag and Klopp to get d best from d few young players in Barca as many has suffered d fate of regular benching,managing just few minutes in Copa del Rey initial stage matches,get loaned and gets forgotten from there,,loaned players from Barca rarely comes back to d team as it has been d case with Bojan,Affelay, Jeffren,Thiago, Malcom,Adama traore,Bartra,Muniesa,Icardi,Olmo,Kubo,Cuenca,Munir,Sandro Ramirez and d list goes on.
Why?.. bcoz we are lacking that trust for them unlike Zidane and d present Madrid's management who has made Vini,Rodrygo,Militao,Valverde,Asensio,Mendy d vital parts of the first team and it reflects on d pitch with d way they play...it is only Mariano And Brahim Diaz that has suffered that bit of Barca's treatment @madrid.

U mentioned Ramos,Modric,Benzema,Marcelo and Kroos,,the truth is that Madrid has retained them all because they are Golden,ages well and still got fuel in their thanks to perform on the big stages.. something Suarez in particular has lost completly not to even Mention Busquet,Pique,Alba,Rakitic,Vidal and funny enough Messi is just been sustained by his creative and setPiece talents in not he is loosing d strength to penetrate defences and rarely shoots bcoz he wants to carry Suarez along along despite the ineffectiveness of the latter.

Madrid still has more trophies to come in d next few years especially in Spain if Barca doesn't work on their selves
