Chipper Nigeria is a mobile payment app that can be used to send and receive money within and outside Nigeria.
The service is free.

Part of their services include payment for airtime (at 2% discount,) and utility bills.

The money making part is in the referral program which allows existing users to get paid every time someone new install the app via their referral link and verifies their new account. It's that simple.

I've been on it for a couple of days and I've made 1500 so far just sharing links. #250 will be paid to me the referrer and to you who just signed up.
Think of how many friends around you can invite and you both earn. Nothing to lose.
And withdrawal to bank is instant.

That's the link. It's a reputable company, you can Google Chipper Cash and check out their website. The app is on playstore.

You will need to contact me if you download so I assist you with the 250 you must send to receive payment.

Meanwhile if you go directly to playstore to download the app or via the company website, you are not referred. So, no referral bonus for you. Do your own research, though.

If at all you install the app, the company only pays if you signed up with your Nigerian phone number. NOT E-MAIL!!
