There are two things to note:

1 As stated earlier, the least cost of a registered survey of a plot of land is N350,000(Three hundred and fifty thousand nairas).

2 In Lagos, the cost of the survey varies according to location. There are three zones in Lagos. They are Zone A, B and C. The minimum cost of a survey in each zone is N1,000,000, N500,000 and N350,000 respectively. These costs cover registration and survey.

Local government areas(LGAs) under Zone A are Eti-Osa, Lagos Island, Ikeja, and Apapa . LGAs under Zone B are Agege, Alimosho, Amuwo-Odofin, Ibeju-Lekki, Ifako-Ijaiye, Kosofe, Lagos Mainland, Mushin, Oshodi/Isolo, Ojo, Shomolu and Surulere. Those under Zone C are Ajeromi-Ifelodun, Badagry, Epe and Ikorodu.
