A former PDP strategist for the Goodluck-Sambo campaign group;  MASS INTEREST GROUP(MIP) has picked up the Congress for Democratic Change CDC ticket to run for Governorship in Delta State.

When asked why he left the PDP, he categorically noted that his ambition does not eclipse the fact that he is still working to deliver the ticket of Goodluck Jonathan within the state and elsewhere since his new party was the first to adopt Jonathan mid last year as their Presidential Candidate, thus there is no conflict of interest.

He further noted that his passion about empowering DELTANS is why he chose to run now and that he is committed to the development of the electoral process in Nigeria because Nigeria democracy can only get better if we exercise our rights to vote.  He stated  that only through our votes can we truly deliver the true VALUE of democracy to Nigerians not by whining about how our leaders have mismanaged our common future.  He encouraged all DELTANS to join the process and vote for change in Delta State.

For a modern day business "renaissance man" as Governor of Delta State, Paul Obanua is the right choice. Its not just about a big name, but rather, a man who can (has) personally inspired people to achieve their preferred future. Paul Obanua has always been a man of customer service, providing solutions tailored to suite each situation.

Reflecting on Nigeria's recent history, it obvious to all that the fate of Nigeria is the struggle for unity in the diversity. Such a rich land fighting for higher common goals. Justice for all, and everyone building one and only one Nation. The latest decade has been tough but the foundations for a real democracy seems to be
finally settled. So what's next? Is it the past?, the struggles?, or divisions?, but the future. A future full of hope.

Paul Obanua's candidacy is to me an overcoming turning point in understanding new politics. Success to be achieved is by shared participation, passion and commitment.

Paul Obanua's manifesto and future for Delta State is positive, feasible and requires a shared responsibility. By this means, Deltans will be urged to come up with their personal effort to contribute to the building of a better State, a better life for themselves and for their children. This responsibility means VOTE for a congress for democratic change.

Such is the ultimate goal of this political communication.

Congress for Democratic Change (CDC) means VOTE PAUL OBANUA FOR GOVERNOR OF DELTA STATE.
